Pro tip: Unless you're ordering just one item, always consolidate in warehouse to save on shipping costs.
Step 3: QC Review and Approval
After placing your order:
- Your item ships from Weidian to KakoBuy's warehouse (2–5 days)
- KakoBuy sends you a notification when your item arrives
- Request QC photos in your order dashboard
- Review the photos within 48 hours of them being available
- Accept (proceed to shipping) or Reject (return to seller)
For shoes especially, take your time with QC. Compare photos to retail reference images. Check all the points in our Jordan 1 QC guide or equivalent for your product type.
Step 4: Shipping and Tracking
Once you've approved QC and are ready to ship:
1. Go to your warehouse inventory in KakoBuy 2. Select items to include in this shipment 3. Click "Submit for Shipping" 4. Choose your carrier and service level 5. Review the weight, DIM weight, and total shipping cost 6. Pay for shipping 7. Receive tracking number within 1–2 business days 8. Track your package through 17track.net or the carrier's official tracking
Expected delivery to the US: 7–21 business days depending on carrier selected.
